LutherLibrarySince it’s re-opening in 1983, the Luther Library has been serving the community of St. John’s by sharing the word of God through books & video. The latest location beside the Worship Center in the Education Building is open and inviting to all. You can check out books and videos on Sundays during Sunday School from 9:45 to 10:45, but you are welcome to stop by nearly anytime to come curl up and enjoy a book.


Borrowing Books

All material taken from the library must first be checked out at the circulation desk. Books are loaned for 3 weeks. When you check out at the circulation desk, a date stamp will be placed on the due card attached to the back of the book that tells you the date the book is due. If you need a book for longer than 2 weeks, just ask. You may borrow up to 3 books at a time.

Requirements to check out DVD

Name/Address/Phone number. Be a St. John’s member over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, parent/guardian must sign for you. DVD’s are required to be returned in 1 week or late fees will be charged.
When you sign out a DVD you take on the responsibility for all damages.  If lost or returned with scratches, etc., you are responsible for replacing.


Overdue

You are not allowed to check-out additional books/videos if you have overdue materials. Once everything has been returned you can again check out items from the library.
